About the Artist

This Canadian artist born in 1943, had her first solo show in 1972 at the Galerie d'art de l'Université de Moncton. She is a member of Pastel Artists Canada as well as a member of the Canadian Artists Representation. Claire's paintings have been in juried shows in Portugal, Tunisia, France, Canada and the United States.

Most of her paintings are done in pastel and they are in collections around the world. Claire's particular talent is in creating paintings that are full of fantasy and rhythm. Passionate about her art, Claire gives workshops and art classes to adults in Canada and the United States.
